Your stay includes all meals, beverages, alcohol, and resort activities. Room taxes and resort fees are the responsibility of the traveler. This offer is valid for two adults. Children ages 3–12 may be added for $52 per child, per night (maximum of two children). For Cabo San Lucas and Cozumel, occupancy is limited to two adults and one child under the age of 12.

QUALIFICATIONS: This offer is valid for a party of up to four (4) guests. For select U.S. destinations offering two-bedroom units, up to six (6) guests may be accommodated based on availability, including: Branson, MO; Cape Cod, MA; Cocoa Beach, FL; Hilton Head, SC; Las Vegas, NV; Orlando, FL; Scottsdale, AZ; Sedona, AZ; and Williamsburg, VA. For Club Wyndham stays, occupancy is limited to two adults and two children under the age of 18.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Married or cohabitating couples must be 28 years of age or older
• Single individuals (not separated) must be 30 years of age or older
• Single males (all-inclusive stays only): ages 35 or over
• Single females (all-inclusive stays): ages 30 or over

Dreams Resort & Spa all-inclusive stays are valid for two adults. Up to two children (ages 3–12) may be added for $52 per child, per night (limited to one child for Cozumel and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico). Additional adults may be added at select resorts for $125 per person, per night.

Offer is valid for residents of the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada only.

A vacation ownership presentation is required for the all-inclusive and 5-4 domestics stays only, and is typically scheduled the morning after arrival, lasting approximately 90 minutes. Both spouses or cohabitating partners must attend together. Valid government-issued photo ID showing the same address is required (UK/Western European guests must present a passport). Guests must have a combined annual household income of at least $50,000 USD ($60,000 for singles), a valid government-issued ID, and a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) embossed with their name. All attendees must speak and understand fluent English.

Additional Terms:

• No pets allowed
• The 8-day / 7-night resort program does not require a presentation and has no qualification requirements
• This offer is not valid for group travel and may not be combined with any other certificate, coupon, voucher, or discount
• A group is defined as two or more parties (totaling 8 or more guests) traveling together, arriving on the same or similar dates, or staying at the same resort

Cohabitation Requirements:

• Cohabitating couples must be in a long-term committed relationship
• Must be unrelated
• Must provide government-issued ID showing the same address

A minimum credit score of 620 may be required by certain resort partners.

If eligibility requirements are not met, a no-tour exemption fee of $598 may be paid in lieu of attending the presentation.

RESERVATION REQUEST: To request a reservation for any destination listed on our All-Inclusive Stays page, and Destinations page, please complete the reservation request form located on the Reservations Page.

A minimum of 30 days’ advance notice is required for most destinations. During peak travel periods—including January through March, Spring Break, major holiday weekends, and the Christmas/New Year season (December 20 – January 1)—a 90-day advance notice is required. For 8-day / 7-night resort stays, a minimum of 60 days’ advance notice is required. All reservations are subject to availability.

Once your request is confirmed, your reservation details, itinerary, and check-in information will be sent via email, typically within 7 business days from the date your request is submitted.

For 5-day 4-night U.S. domestic stays, a $350 reservation deposit is required to cover room charges and incidentals. This includes a $150 refundable deposit, which will be returned after checkout upon completion of the required amenity tour. Your reservation also includes flexible date-change trip protection, allowing you to reschedule without penalty if needed. This protection is the responsibility of the traveler.

For all-inclusive and international destinations, applicable resort taxes and fees must be paid at least 30 days prior to travel in order to guarantee your reservation dates.

Guests are required to confirm their reservation with the booking company at least 20 days prior to check-in via phone or email to avoid cancellation.

Please note that once your travel dates are confirmed, all payments—including reservation deposits, tour deposits, resort taxes, fees, and any upgrades—are non-refundable. However, these funds may be applied as a future travel credit toward another reservation within our travel network.

No credits will be issued for unused nights, and unused nights may not be transferred to another destination.

Do not make any travel arrangements until you receive written confirmation from your assigned Reservation Processor. Failure to maintain a valid credit card on file after confirmation may result in cancellation of your reservation, even up to the check-in date.

If you wish to revisit a destination you have previously traveled to, it must be at a different resort property and cannot be with the same resort developer.

As a member of our travel club, you will have access to our latest vacation offerings. Please note that destination availability may change at any time without notice, and comparable alternatives may be offered through our resort partners.

For travelers with disabilities, please be aware that international resorts may not follow ADA guidelines.

8-DAY 7-NIGHT RESORT STAY: The 8-day 7-night resort stay is fulfilled through a separate booking company and requires a $25 dollar activation fee to request redemption certificate, with current booking fee paid. Please click on the 8-day 7-night resort stays page on our website to complete the certificate request form. Reservation requests require a minimum of 60 days advance notice for booking. Only one certificate per 12 months is allowed. 

EXTRAS & ADD ONS: The $2,000 airline discount vouchers, 8-day / 7-night resort stay, and cruise offers are not fulfilled through Tropical Island Getaways. These benefits are provided and booked through separate third-party companies, and the purchaser agrees to all terms and conditions set forth by those providers.

Resort gift options, bonus vacations, additional nightly stays, and any extras or add-ons are subject to change and may be substituted or removed from the package at any time without notice. Destination availability may also change and may be replaced with comparable alternatives from our resort partners.

The $2,000 airline discount vouchers are fulfilled exclusively through our sponsor travel agency and are limited to a maximum of $100 per flight booking.

The 8-day / 7-night resort stay does not require a resort tour and has no qualification requirements.

TAXES & FEES: Traveler is responsible for transportation to the destinations and all Resort/Hotel taxes, car parking fees, resort amenity fees, room telephone charges, room upgrades, room service, date change and cancellation trip insurance, alcoholic beverages, (If not all-inclusive) booking fees, and gratuities are the responsibility of the user. 

TRAVEL EXTENSION & RENEWALS: Members have the option to renew their vacation package within 30 days prior to the package’s expiration date. Tropical Island Getaways reserves the right to extend a vacation package beyond its expiration date; however, members may also choose to purchase a new vacation package based on current promotional offerings. 

To maintain an active package, members are required to complete one annual amenity tour, or pay the annual booking fee (unless designated as a no-tour exempt member). Failure to complete the required amenity tour, or pay the annual booking fee within 12 months from the original purchase date or most recent travel date will result in the package becoming inactive. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Tropical Island Getaways travel club package fee is sold on a non-refundable basis. Travel dates can be changed at no additional cost with our flexible date change trip insurance program. Package is also fully transferable to a qualified party. Purchaser agrees to all terms and conditions, qualifications for travel and out of pocket expenses for the vacations.
