Out of pocket costs: room taxes/resort fees averaging $20-50 per night for US domestic stays, $40-$60 a night for Caribbean stays.
QUALIFICATIONS: This offer is valid for a party of up to four (five with children 12 and under to some destinations). Married or Cohabitating couples and Singles (not separated) 28 of years of age and older. All-inclusive resort stays are good for two adults and two children under 12. Jamaica, Cozumel, Curacao, Acapulco Mexico, Riviera Maya Mexico and Margaritaville Beach Resort are good for two adults only. Curacao and Acapulco Mexico married & cohabitating couples only no singles. Additional adults can be added only in Puerto Vallarta or Cabo San Lucas Mexico and are required to pay the all-inclusive fee of $100 per person per night. US, UK or Canadian residents only. Your required vacation ownership tour must be attended and is normally the morning after your arrival and is approximately 90 minutes long. Both spouses or cohabits must attend together if married or cohabitating. Both attendees must have Government Issued picture id showing same address (UK/ Western European require passport), combined annual income of at least $50,000 US dollars/$60,000 for singles; Must have a Govt issued picture ID & a Major CREDIT Card (MC, VISA, American Express, or Discover & embossed with your name). All attendees must understand and speak FLUENT English. Sorry NO pets are allowed. Wyndham resort stays do not require an amenity tour and no qualifications are needed. Also, this offer is not valid for group travel nor use with any other certificate, coupon, voucher, or discount. A group is considered two (2) or more parties traveling together (10 Total), or meeting at the same hotel/resort with the same or close arrival date or using these or any other company’s Certificate, Coupon or Voucher. Cohabits must be unrelated & in a long term committed relationship and must have Government issued picture id showing the same address. Minimum credit score of 620 required from some resort partners. A no tour fee of $500 dollars is an option of guest if qualifications are not met.
RESERVATION REQUEST: To activate a reservation request for a destination listed on our all-inclusive page, US destination and international destination page, please fill out the reservation request form by clicking on the Reservation Page. A minimum of 30 days advance notice is required for most destinations (90-day notice for January-March peak season, Spring Break/Holiday Christmas Season Dec 20-January 1, major holiday weekend times, and are based on availability) and a 60-day advance notice is required for the 8-day 7-night Wyndham resort stays. Upon confirmation we will send your reservation confirmation by email with your vacation itinerary and check-in information usually within 7 business days from reservation submit date. For US domestic stays a reservation deposit of $271.00 is required for any room charges and incidentals and includes a $150 dollar refundable deposit to make sure traveler completes amenity tour and will be refunded after check out, and includes our date change flexible trip insurance in case of cancellation or if traveler needs to reschedule a travel date without penalty and is responsibility of traveler. For all-inclusive destinations and international stays resort taxes must be collected at least 30 days prior to travel date to guarantee dates. After confirmation of your requested travel date any monies paid for reservation deposit including tour deposit, resort room tax and resort fees and upgrade charges are non-refundable and can be used for a future travel credit when making another reservation for a destination within our travel network. No credit will be given for any unused days and unused days may not be transferred to other locations. Do not make travel arrangements until you have WRITTEN Confirmation from your assigned Reservation Processor for coordinating your entire trip. Also, failure to maintain a valid Credit Card on file with us after accommodations confirmation will result in the cancellation of your confirmed hotel/resort reservation even up to the check-in date. By purchasing into our travel club, you have access to the latest vacation offerings, which you can refer to by visiting our website, and destination offerings may change over time without notice from our different resort partners. Destinations that are not listed on our website you can inquire about through our Reservation Page to see if we have that destination listed within our travel network.
WYNDHAM RESORT STAYS RESERVATION REQUEST: The 8-day 7-night and 3-day 2-night Wyndham resort stays on the Wyndham Resort Stays page are mail in reservations fulfilled through a separate booking company and require a voucher to be mailed with registration number to redeem stay (Shipping & processing fee for voucher $25 dollars for 8-7, $12 dollars for 3-2 stay). To request a voucher, please click on the Wyndham Resort Stays page on our website to complete the reservation request form. Reservation requests require a minimum of 60-90 days advance notice from the time the reservation company receives your completed voucher in the mail for booking with 90 days being preferred. Only one voucher per 12 months is allowed. When filling out the voucher two destination choices are required for the 8-7 resort stay in case your first choice is not available at your time of travel, and three destination choices for the 3-2 stays. All resort destinations are based on availability and are not resort specific with booking company assigning the resort at time of booking, and can be booked at a maximum of 6 months from travel date.
EXTRAS & ADD ONS: The $2,000 in airline discount vouchers, resort gift options, bonus vacations, cruise options, additional nightly stays and any extras or add-ons are subject to change and can be substituted or removed from package without notice and destinations may be substituted over time for alternate destinations from our resort partners. The $2,000 dollar airline discount vouchers are only fulfilled through our sponsor travel agency and only up to $100 per flight booking can be used. The 8-day 7-night resort stay and 3- day 2-night bonus stays do not require a resort tour and no qualifications are needed and are not fulfilled directly through Tropical Island Getaways.
TAXES & FEES: Traveler is responsible for transportation to the destinations and all Resort/Hotel taxes, car parking fees, resort amenity fees, room telephone charges, room upgrades, room service, date change and cancellation trip insurance, alcoholic beverages (If not all-inclusive) and gratuities are the responsibility of the user. The 8-day 7-night Wyndham resort stay requires a $19 dollar pp per night ($38 dollars a night minimum based on double occupancy) resort tax/amenity fee and up to a $100 pp per night for non-US continental (Hawaii, Alaska) and international destinations.
TRAVEL EXTENSION & RENEWALS: Member has option of renewing their vacation package before package expiration within 30 days of expiration date. Tropical Island Getaways reserves the right to extend vacation package after expiration date and customer has the option to purchase a new vacation package with current offerings. Member must use at least one destination per 18 months required by resort sponsors for package discount and to keep package active (unless in lifetime program). If Member does not use a destination within 18 months from purchase date or from last travel date, package will expire and be void and non-active and customer must purchase a new travel club package to use destinations.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Tropical Island Getaways travel club package fee is sold on a non-refundable basis. Travel dates can be changed at no additional cost with our flexible date change trip insurance program. Package is also fully transferable to a qualified party. Purchaser agrees to all terms and conditions, qualifications for travel and out of pocket expenses for the vacations.
